Vivian's Homes is one of the few retailers in the industry that has a full service and delivery department. They have their own delivery and service employees, trucks, trans lift, equipment, everything needed to accomplish a successful delivery.

Our Company
Owners, Vivian Schoonmaker and C. Steve Ash have over 75 years of combined expertise in the manufactured housing business. Vivian began her career in the industry in 1978 and Steve began his career in 1979. Vivian began her career in the sales and management area and Steve began his career in service, delivery and sales. Both Vivian and Steve have degrees from Piedmont College in Demorest, Georgia. The company of Vivian's Mobile Homes, Inc. dba Vivian's Homes, was founded in 1984.
